Puffy Paints 5 January 2009 What you'll need: Equal parts of: Flour; Salt; Water Plus Tempera Paint Mix flour, salt and water together - make sure water is warm. Add tempera paint (powdered tempera works best). Put mixture in a squeeze bottle & paint away!! Paint will take longer to dry than flat paint. |
