He studied drawing and painting with Nathaniel Larrabee and Ernest Viveiros. His work has been exhibited locally and nationally and is included in private collections in the United States and abroad. After getting his BFA, David moved to Budapest, Hungary and traveled to Transylvania to study the traditional technique of painting on carved wood. |

David uses imagination, color and dreams to transform simple images such as trees, flowers, and houses into unusual visions. He shares his different approaches to painting in workshops and community art projects.
