Creating in art frees my mind to be creative in my writing. I am the author of Suffer Smoke and Water from the Moon. Both are collections of short stories about Morenci.

I like to do sculpture in both clay and paper mache. I also like to put together collages using all kinds of materials.
I enjoy making masks and sculpting figures using Meso-American and North American native images.
Thus far I have sold very few of my pieces. I make them for my own enjoyment and to give to my family and friends.
