The Artist: ASHER KALDERON
Born in Bulgaria.
Emigrated to Israel in 1948 and studied art and design at Bezalel Academy in Jerusalem. He's active in art &design for private, public and governmental institutions. Specialized in Europe graphic art & design.
A.K. practices for many years painting and three dimentional art & sculpture. He has created 3D art objects for private and institutional clients. His art creations include paintings, memorial sculptures for the public and privat organisations, tapestries & art objects, art prints and illustrations. Wife Lea cooperates in executing his tapestry designs into superior textile and wool fiber wall hangings made by
professional workshops in Israel and used also for calendars, postersand greeting cards.

PERSONAL STATEMENT ABOUT MY ART
I studied art and created art all my life. In this time I changed
styles and techniques but I am still staying with my color compositions,
affectionate to their environment. My exhibitions were for me
great psychological experience when seenig visitors coming happy out of
the exhibit influenced by the colorful and form combinations of my art.
My color scale is common factor beween my abstract and figurative paintings.
I use both styles because I see in each of them endless posibilities
of form and color light combinations that stimulate human feelings and moods.
I believe deeply that my art reflects positive attitudes to his environment and reduces tensions and depressing feelings.
