I have always had a passion for art and I love to create. I have sold quite a few of my paintings and am proud that my work is displayed in distinguished homes throughout the US.

Art only adds beauty to your life.

As a child, I thought the most wonderful gift I could receive would be a brand new BIG box of crayons. I would stare at all the beautiful colors and imagine all the wonderful things I could create with them. That was the beginning of my love for the wonderful world of art.
I am a self taught artist. I mainly paint with oils, but have used acrylics. I am now also adding to my creative influences, polymer clay. I have fashioned masks, pen sets, flowers, jewelry and other things with this wonderful medium. I also enjoy writing short stories and poetry.

Please look at my other paintings in the GALLERY (Just click the button on the top.) Remember that images on a computer are definately not as wonderful as seeing, touching and 'feeling' a painting, with its vivid colors, brushstrokes and texture. As always, things are much better in real life.
We lost our home in the firestorm that had swept through San Diego County in October of 2003. All of my paintings were consumed in the fire. Lost also was all of my polymer clay creations.pc masks, 'kootie kuties' switchplate, pen sets, roses and everything else I created. However, I am thankful I have these images online and can enjoy looking at them. All of the paintings *with the exception of ColorInMotion* are no longer available. However, the fires didn't consume my spirt to create, so I will be painting again.

FROM THE ASHES:
I have collected pieces of glass, metal and unknown materials which were twisted and warped due to the intense heat. I am in the process of cleaning and assemblying them into sculptures. Even though the flames destroyed my art it hasn't extinguished my burning desire to create, even if it is using the ruins of my devastation
